About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar PV Asset Manager to join our team at the Green Recruitment Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management of Solar PV projects, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, local planning authority regulations, and grid company connection conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Asset Management: Ensure that all assets comply with statutory requirements, local planning authority regulations, and grid company connection conditions.
  • Contract Management: Manage the contracts of the SPVs, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
  • Project Performance Optimization: Monitor contractor performance, review and enhance maintenance strategies, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare regular asset management reports, monitor spending, and plan spending for activities on each project.
  • Site Visits and Data Security: Visit company sites to assess the status and conditions of the solar farm, and maintain data security and confidentiality.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with the Monitoring Team, Portfolio and Investments teams, Finance and Legal Teams, and other stakeholders as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in solar farm asset management activities.
  • Skills: Strong commercial acumen, client management orientation, experience with remote monitoring systems, contract management, budget management, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Language: Fluency in Italian and English, and proven knowledge of the management of SPVs operating in the solar market in Italy.
