Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to provide comprehensive support for our client, a supply distributor. The successful candidate will report directly to the owner and will be responsible for a variety of office and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations during standard working hours.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver administrative assistance to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee and manage office inventory and supplies.
  • Maintain and organize company documentation and records.
  • Schedule and coordinate both internal and external meetings.
  • Ensure effective office organization and filing systems.
  • Handle invoicing and order processing tasks.
Candidate Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with SoftOne ERP is a plus.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional time management capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Friendly demeanor and polite communication style.
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.
