Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transport Specialist to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for supporting existing customers and acting as their primary point of contact with our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independent planning and scheduling of land, sea, and train transport (round trip/charter)
  • Booking of transport services and complete handling of organization and support to transport planning activities according to our company procedures
  • Development of customer-specific solutions and customer projects in collaboration with the Transport Team Manager

Requirements

  • Professional attitude and approach: behaving professionally as an open, communicative person with strong communication skills
  • Being committed, flexible, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks and area of responsibilities
  • Appreciating working in a young, dynamic, and multicultural team
  • Very good Italian and English language skills
  • German and/or Spanish language skills will be considered a relevant "plus"
  • Previous experience in the transport industry, preferably in an Intermodal Dispatcher/Transport Specialist role
  • Graduated school diploma or completed university education, ideally in the commercial/logistics fields
  • Owning a valid work permit for Italy is a prerequisite for this position
