About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Consultant to join our team at MSX International. As a Field Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Independent Repair and Tire Workshops, acting as a liaison between these workshops, distributors, and our National Sales Company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Independent Repair and Tire Workshops, distributors, and our National Sales Company.
  • Provide technical support and training to dealers and customers to enhance their commitment to our products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Collaborate with our sales force to ensure dealers' and customers' satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong background in the automotive industry, preferably with experience in spare parts or after-sales services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Italian, with a good level of English language skills.
