Adecco Italia is seeking a highly skilled Fleet & Depot Planner to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and prioritizing depot maintenance activities to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Key Responsibilities- Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Maintenance Coordination: Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities with internal and external teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability and minimize stockouts.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with production teams, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of maintenance activities.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management on maintenance performance.
- Education: Engineering degree or professional level qualifications in technical areas.
- Languages: English mandatory.
- Technical Competencies: Maintenance process knowledge, railways and train system instruction/knowledge preferred.
- Soft Skills: Good IT skills, especially SAP (CS/PM modules), Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.
