The Fleet Technician Role

We're seeking a skilled Fleet Technician to join our team at our depot in Ferno - Milan. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the optimal maintenance and service of our fleet of campervans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance procedures according to OEM guidelines.
  • Support the management of all fleet-related activities in Milan.
  • Monitor fleet availability and optimize downtime and costs.
  • Review and manage fleet damages to control procedures and next steps.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Excellence team to resolve fleet-related issues.
  • Ensure high-quality interventions and updates to the HQ Fleet team.
  • Maintain high standards in all fleet-related procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in vehicle maintenance/repair, preferably in Rent-a-Car or Automotive Repair Shop.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to prioritize and be organized.
  • English proficiency and good communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
