Job Description
We are seeking a highly reliable and hard-working Architectural Project Manager Intern to join our team. As an Architectural Project Manager Intern, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. You will work closely with the architecture team members to execute architecture-related tasks, set goals, plan, give directions, and coordinate the Architecture Department as a team leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of the project team
- Work on multiple projects
- Participation in the design process
- Prepare reports and presentations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Be in contact with project team members to identify and resolve issues
- Assist the company in improving and optimizing the efficiency of the properties as well as materials to be used
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and reported to the CEO
- Development of schematic design, design development, and construction documents
- Measurement of properties
- Give ideas and feedback related to interior design
- Review architectural drawings for local code compliance
- Coordination of the project team's work
- Monitor the progress of all construction phases
- Build and maintain client and team members relations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication and design skills
- Solid organizational and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented multitasker
- Fluent in English
- Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM360
- Flexibility and adaptability
