Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Incident Response Management: Oversee the security incident response framework, ensuring effective communication across corporate functions such as Legal, Compliance, HR, and IT Operations. Develop new response protocols tailored to emerging threats and incidents. Collaborate with technical teams for incident simulations and TableTop exercises.
- Security Operations Oversight: Partner with the Security Operations Center (SOC) to manage security events efficiently. Engage in post-incident evaluations to enhance response strategies, playbooks, and standard operating procedures. Promote automation in incident resolution and ensure thorough evidence collection and forensic analysis during data breach incidents.
- Threat Intelligence and Hunting: Work alongside the SOC to conduct proactive threat hunting and simulation exercises. Regularly perform vulnerability assessments and collaborate with threat intelligence providers to stay informed about evolving threats.
Key Relationships
Internal: Collaborate with Global Cyber Security Managers, Service Delivery Leads, and Regional Service Managers.
External: Engage with technology and service providers.
Experience & Education
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
- A degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in incident management and forensic evidence handling.
- Familiarity with cloud services and cloud-based SIEM solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Relevant certifications are highly regarded, including CISSP, Cisco CyberOps Associate, GCIH, OSCP, E|CIH, IHRP, and CSIH.

- Proficient in managing security incident response processes and playbooks.
- Able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and vendors.
- Capable of articulating complex technical issues clearly to varied audiences.
- Resilient under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Culturally aware with excellent teamwork skills.
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel internationally for short durations.
