About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Investment Advisor to join our team at Crédit Agricole Group. As a key member of our Advisory Team, you will support Senior Investment Advisors in their daily contact with Wealth Managers on the provision of investment advisory services.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Analyze Asset Allocation Proposals: Review and assess investment proposals to ensure alignment with client goals and risk tolerance.
  2. Monitor Financial Markets: Stay up-to-date on market trends and provide advanced financial analysis to support investment decisions.
  3. Prepare Investment Reports: Develop detailed reports and analysis to guide investment decisions and portfolio construction.
  4. Portfolio Management: Monitor and adjust client portfolios in accordance with the Investment Committee's decisions.
  5. Operational Management: Manage the operational aspects of investments and reporting as agreed with clients.
  6. Product Catalogue Management: Oversee the operational management of the Product Catalogue.
Requirements
  1. Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Management Engineering: A degree in a relevant field with a specialization in financial markets.
  2. Financial Markets Knowledge: A good understanding of the financial markets and/or the fund industry, including asset allocation, portfolio management, and financial products.
  3. Bloomberg Training: Ideally, you have been trained on Bloomberg during a previous experience.
  4. IT Skills: Excellent command of IT tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  5. Analytical and Writing Skills: Excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing skills.
  6. Initiative and Teamwork: Known for your initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  7. Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and English or French.
  8. Personal Qualities: Proactivity, accuracy, desire to learn, and sense of responsibility.

This role offers a challenging and rapidly changing international environment, requiring multi-tasking skills, relating to multiple key people within the organization, and meeting tight deadlines. You will have the opportunity to enhance your knowledge of all products and services offered to High or Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, with a focus on both traditional and innovative investment instruments, from the perspective of one of the most active international banks in this market.
