Nel ruolo di Gestore Clientela avrai l'opportunità, insieme al Team di filiale, di sperimentarti a diretto contatto con i clienti dell'Istituto, al fine di garantire l'assistenza necessaria nello svolgimento di tutte le operazioni di pertinenza e per consentire un'efficace gestione delle loro esigenze. Avrai inoltre modo di conoscere direttamente la nostra offerta di prodotti e servizi bancari, supportando i colleghi nel raggiungimento dei target qualitativi e quantitativi assegnati.
Disponibilità richiesta: full time.

Criteri candidato:
Livello minimo richiesto d'istruzione: Laurea triennale (3 anni)
Formazione richiesta: Verranno presi in considerazione percorsi formativi di natura economico-giuridica, umanistica e STEM.
Livello minimo richiesto di esperienza: 0-2 anni
Tipo di esperienza: Nessuna esperienza pregressa richiesta.
Caratteristiche personali: Orientamento al Cliente; Proattività; Empatia; Invalidità civile superiore al 46%.
Competenze tecniche: Funzioni base del pacchetto Excel.
