Job Summary
Crif is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our International Markets Business Information department. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and defining business requirements, managing software development projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the functional analysis and definition of software requirements specifications and other project-related documents.
- Supervise and manage test planning, definition of test cases, and related documentation, as well as the execution of user acceptance testing.
- Supervise and perform the preparation, contribution, and documentation of analysis activities, including gap analysis, preliminary analysis, detailed analysis, and impact analysis.
- Lead training sessions for end-users and track and report on project milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
- Understand, innovate, and collect business needs by working as a liaison among business stakeholders, IT people, third-party vendors, and clients to analyze, document, and validate business processes.
- Manage the envisioning process of new products and services in complex scenarios.
- Participate in pre-sales activities and present solutions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Engineering.
- Negotiation, communication, and team working skills, with experience working in global teams.
- Business Process Redesign and Workflow Design capabilities.
- Experience in Web application projects, with a focus on user experience, effective presentation of data, and information.
- Experience in processes and solutions in scenarios and applications of data transfer and data presentation.
- Proven experience in projects focused on analysis and delivery of IT solutions to customers.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders from different countries.
- Strong technical aptitude, solid knowledge of web and digital technologies, including SQL, XML, JSON, API, Web-Services, data structures, UX, and UI.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Team working and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel.
