Stiamo cercando un Partner di Risorse Umane motivato e versatile per unirsi al nostro team di Adecco Italia. Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile della gestione delle attività quotidiane di HR, supportando la crescita e lo sviluppo del personale e assicurando la conformità alle politiche aziendali e alle normative vigenti.

Responsabilità:

  • Gestire il processo di reclutamento e selezione, inclusa la pubblicazione di annunci di lavoro, la conduzione di colloqui e la selezione dei candidati.
  • Amministrare le attività di onboarding per i nuovi assunti.
  • Gestire le pratiche amministrative relative al personale, inclusi contratti di lavoro, buste paga, gestione delle assenze e delle ferie.
  • Fornire supporto e consulenza ai dipendenti su questioni relative alle risorse umane, incluse le politiche aziendali, le opportunità di sviluppo professionale e le questioni disciplinari.
  • Supporto nell'implementazione dei processi aziendali.
  • Monitorare le performance dei dipendenti e supportare il processo di valutazione annuale.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Risorse Umane, Psicologia, Economia o un campo correlato.
  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in un ruolo di HR Generalist o in un ruolo simile.
  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e relazioni interpersonali.
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese C1 (sia scritta che parlata).
