Role Overview

The Sales Operations Analyst is instrumental in optimizing the performance of Independent Real Estate Consultants (IRECs) and Partner Brokers, ensuring effective sales of the Casavo property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and enhance the activities and performance of IRECs and Partner Brokers to achieve top-tier customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for IRECs and Partner Brokers, ensuring compliance with Casavo's standards during the allocation of sales mandates.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of mandates from the marketplace success team to the IREC workforce.
  • Develop sales strategies for each property, determining timelines for market entry, property viewings, and marketing tactics.
  • Assist IRECs and Partner Brokers in preparing for sales, including creating marketing materials, gathering property photos, and advertising listings. Engage directly in these tasks when necessary to meet Time to List (TTL) objectives.
  • Identify and implement tactical sales strategies based on property feedback and market dynamics.
  • Conduct regular analyses of available inventory to ensure precise sales forecasting.
  • Support IRECs and Partner Brokers in managing offers, from collection to acceptance.
  • Oversee closing processes executed by IRECs and Partner Brokers.
  • Ensure the collection of brokerage fees from both sellers and buyers in line with established commercial agreements and policies.
  • Collaborate with Marketplace Operations Managers to update sales planning and forecasting based on market insights.
