About the location:

About the role:
Four Seasons Hotel Milan is seeking candidates for a 6-month internship opportunity within the Sales & Catering Department.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with relevant departments regarding rooming lists, special arrangements, food and beverage requirements, transportation, and billing instructions related to groups, events, and transient bookings.
- Assist Managers with daily communications with agencies and clients, as well as the preparation of proposals and contracts.
- Ensure that all departments have the most current information regarding groups, events, and VIP clients prior to arrival, and prepare necessary documents (e.g., Banqueting orders, Group Resumé, menus, internal memos, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in luxury hotel sales and event management (minimum two years).
- Strong communication skills in both Italian and English (verbal and written).
- A positive attitude along with effective interpersonal skills, time management, and organizational abilities.
