As a Consultant, you will collaborate with project managers and work alongside specialized teams focused on risk management for both domestic and international financial institutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Evaluate the risk profile of financial intermediaries using Asset & Liability Management techniques.
- Implement strategies for Liquidity Risk Management.
- Assist in creating economic and financial forecasts utilizing our proprietary tools for Budgeting and Financial Planning.
- Help identify relevant KPIs to monitor business performance and risk exposure.
- Support the assessment of the economic value of banking entities, business units, and individual portfolios using Value Based Management and RAROC methodologies.
- Contribute to the development of Risk Reporting frameworks.
- Oversee activities related to the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), Recovery Plans, and Stress Testing analyses.
- A Master's degree in economics, finance, statistics, or engineering is required.
- Knowledge of econometrics is preferred.
- Familiarity with banking financial statements, accounting principles, and risk management regulations (Basel II, Basel III, International Accounting Standards, etc.) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positions available in Bologna, Milan, and Rome.
