Responsabilità
  • Riportare al Market and Development Director per contribuire allo sviluppo del dipartimento e alla gestione del team RD.
  • Accompagnare e facilitare il cambiamento in corso relativo all'area RD, prevedendo l'avvio di un Lab Build e il passaggio a un approccio aperto e innovativo alle sfide definite dall'Azienda.
  • Garantire il pieno presidio delle attività RD, seguendo lo sviluppo dei processi/tecnologie ambientali e produttivi industriali.
  • Pianificare e gestire i progetti e le attività di sviluppo per garantire il rispetto degli obiettivi di qualità, tempi e costi.
  • Supervisionare test di laboratorio e prove su impianti pilota.
  • Preparare/revisionare procedure, deliverables ed istruzioni operative.
  • Proporre ed implementare best practices.
  • Monitorare ed analizzare la letteratura scientifica e tecnica, incluso il monitoraggio brevettuale.
  • Individuare laboratori e centri di ricerca nazionali ed internazionali con cui avviare potenziali collaborazioni.
  • Collaborare con Rspp per le pratiche di esecuzione in sicurezza del lavoro.
  • Collaborare col dipartimento Commerciale e L'ingegneria Chimica per le prove richieste dai clienti.
Requisiti
  • Laurea quinquennale in chimica, chimica industriale, ingegneria chimica.
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
  • Esperienza lavorativa complessiva di 10-12 anni in ambito RD all'interno di grandi aziende o società di ingegneria.
  • Capacità di analisi e sintesi e visione di insieme.
  • Capacità di accuratezza e precisione, attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi, apertura e flessibilità mentale, ottima capacità di problem solving, spirito di iniziativa e autonomia, team working e capacità di interazione con profili di differente livello per competenze e/o ruolo.
