YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive, inquisitive, and enterprising individual to join our team.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the Maintenance team to ensure the efficiency and safety of our machinery and overall plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and plan maintenance activities
- Ensure automation performance metrics are met (productivity, quality, etc.)
- Define requirements and technical specifications for robotic machine programming
- Develop and enhance PLC and Robot software applications for industrial automation
- Modify and improve existing PLC and Robot software
- Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of automated systems
- Oversee supplier relationships for software development related to industrial automation
- Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives within the plant
