POSITION OVERVIEW AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role involves supporting the strategic execution of processes related to the company's extensive global network of stores. The selected candidate will independently manage a portfolio of countries, employing a strategic perspective through: global benchmarking and analysis, assessment of locations with a comprehensive real estate approach to business opportunities, in-depth examination of store Profit & Loss statements, and the formulation of a global store portfolio strategy that includes control, dialogue, and analysis with various markets.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ASSOCIATED TASKS:
- Timely and precise preparation of weekly reviews concerning business cases for renewals, closures, remodels, relocations, and new openings.
- Optimization of the global store portfolio by comparing various countries, chains, and business models.
- Daily coordination and enhancement of collaboration with the Construction team to align on key project metrics.
- Analysis, sensitization, and reporting on critical financial metrics related to Global Stores performance, benchmarking actuals against budget targets and identifying key issues.
- Development, preparation, and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including store counts, retail capital expenditure consolidation, retail store portfolio, and post-audit analyses to synthesize results and derive critical business insights.
- Fostering positive working relationships with functional partners across Global Business Units and Real Estate functions to cultivate a collaborative environment aimed at becoming a trusted advisor.

TECHNICAL SKILLS - IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Educational background in Economics or Engineering.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Sound judgment and the ability to make independent decisions are essential.
- Capacity to maintain composure in a dynamic environment and prioritize projects effectively.
- Attention to detail coupled with time and project management skills.
- Creativity, adaptability, and openness to change.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse contexts.
