About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrialization Engineer to join our team at Alstom. As an Industrialization Engineer, you will be responsible for organizing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance activities in our depots and workshops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze maintenance plans and requirements to develop efficient maintenance strategies
  • Draft and validate process documentation, including Standard Operation Sheets
  • Identify necessary tools and materials, and validate technical specifications
  • Organize the layout of facilities, workstations, and materials to maximize productivity
  • Validate maintenance strategies with project teams to ensure optimal resource utilization
  • Document management on SAP Railsys, including task lists, materials lists, and tools lists
  • Validate defined processes on the field with operations teams
  • Manage suppliers for the creation of main equipment
  • Analyze and identify actions to improve project performance
  • Respect assigned budget and develop business cases for investment plans
Requirements

We are looking for professionals with a degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within structured and productive contexts operating in the industrial sector.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 techniques, strong analytical skills, and good relationship and team work skills with interlocutors from different company functions. Knowledge of the English language is also required.
