Your Role

As a Project Manager at LEO Pharma, you will play a pivotal role in two essential domains: overseeing site utilities in compliance with LEO Pharma standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and managing the execution of the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) project strategy within the manufacturing facility.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • Formulate a comprehensive CAPEX portfolio plan to monitor project advancement
  • Establish project scopes and objectives, engaging all pertinent stakeholders and ensuring technical viability in line with GMP and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for effective project execution
  • Ensure timely delivery of all projects, adhering to defined scope and budgetary constraints
  • Assess project outcomes utilizing LEO systems, tools, and methodologies
  • Conduct risk management to mitigate project risks in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
UTILITIES MANAGEMENT
  • Provide technical and operational oversight of site black and clean utilities, coordinating with third parties in accordance with LEO standards, GMP, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and legal regulations to enhance environmental efficiency within agreed timelines and budgets
  • Manage complex infrastructure services and utilities, ensuring their continuous availability 24/7
  • Identify and implement improvement initiatives to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of relevant units
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness and consistency in alignment with the required quality, accuracy, and performance standards
  • Lead projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency of site black and clean utilities systems through ongoing process optimization and technical advancements
  • Provide technical insights to the procurement department regarding technical service providers
  • Identify, assess, and implement requests from regulatory authorities and external parties
  • Oversee the site technical library, including schematics, maintenance schedules, and related documentation
  • Responsible for the site on-call service

Your Qualifications

To excel in this position, we envision that you possess the following qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant engineering, project engineering, or maintenance within chemical-pharmaceutical facilities
  • Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with national and international GMP regulations
  • Understanding of the production process
  • Proven project management capabilities

As an individual, you are adaptable and flexible; you possess excellent communication skills and are proactive in engaging the stakeholders necessary to achieve your objectives.
