About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Data Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing quality data and supporting quality improvement and innovation. You will have the opportunity to gain an overview from both a business and an industrial perspective, with the main aim of driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire, filter, and analyze data from various data sources with a methodical approach and the aim of optimizing efficiency and quality in the process.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Develop and implement quality standards and specific projects for Quality, digital-oriented.
- Conduct analysis and evaluation of existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify and implement process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.
- Perform process capability studies, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making to achieve operational excellence and meet quality targets.
Requirements
- Master's Degree.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Good knowledge of English and Italian.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques for quality improvement.
- Technical tools knowledge: JMP, Mathlab, MS Project.
