About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our team at IBM. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support End-User Adoption: Collaborate with clients to ensure a smooth transition to new technologies and processes.
  • Understand and Embrace Digital Transformation: Develop a deep understanding of our clients' business needs and goals, and work closely with them to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather Business Requirements: Work with clients to gather and document business requirements for IT services that support digital transformation.
  • Write Technical Documentation: Develop clear and concise technical documentation to support the development of IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers: Work closely with project managers to ensure that IT solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Participate in Work in Progress Meetings: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Experience in Digital Transformation: Proven experience in supporting digital transformation initiatives in the banking sector.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business needs and goals, and ability to interact with clients to define business objectives and gather business requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Solid technical background in areas such as IBM z/OS System, programming languages, and database management systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • MDM - Master Data Management: Experience with Master Data Management solutions and technologies.
  • Current Accounts and Conditions: Knowledge of current accounts and conditions, including funds and corresponding bank management.
