Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Agricultural Sales Specialist to join our team at Enza Zaden. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profit for our assigned customer base with our existing product portfolio and driving product development from the introduction phase on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with customers to promote brand awareness and secure profitable relationships.
  • Cooperate to maintain a trustful and healthy working environment within the Marketing, Sales, and Product Management teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify market opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and launch new products.

Requirements

  • Educational background in agriculture, agronomy, or a related field.
  • Customer orientation and result-driven approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Agricultural background and high-level English language proficiency.
