Position Overview

South East Aviation Services S.r.l. (SEAS) is a prominent engineering services provider dedicated to supporting the aviation sector. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Operations Coordinator to enhance our Engineering department.

This role presents a remarkable opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers within a leading airline in Europe.

The selected candidate will be stationed at Bergamo Airport (Bergamo Technical Centre) and will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Assisting the Maintenance Manager (MM) in ensuring that all technical documentation required for maintenance activities is valid, up-to-date, and approved, while promptly reporting any discrepancies or defects in documentation as per the Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE);
  • Aiding the MM in the review and issuance of necessary technical documentation;
  • Supporting the MM in identifying and analyzing rectifications for defects discovered during maintenance procedures;
  • Collaborating with the MM to plan maintenance activities, considering factors such as Human Factors, personnel availability, time constraints, environmental considerations, logistics, equipment, materials, products, manuals, and infrastructure;
  • Assisting the MM in the verification and issuance of Customer Work Orders and Work Reports;
  • Supporting the MM in generating Work Orders for tasks assigned to external maintenance providers;
  • Aiding the MM in procuring essential equipment, products, and spare parts necessary for executing planned maintenance;
  • Assisting the MM in the collection, verification, and organization of documentation;
  • Supporting the MM in the execution and updating of the hangar visit schedule.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Aviation Engineering;
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken;
  • Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis, including day/night shifts and holidays.
