About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher in Bioinformatics to join our team at Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing next-generation sequencing data and integrating multi-omics data produced by different methods using computational tools and pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement computational pipelines for data analysis and integration.
- Develop and apply statistical methods to analyze genomic and epigenomic data.
- Collaborate with researchers to identify and prioritize research projects.
- Communicate research findings through publications and presentations.
Requirements
- PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in R and Python.
