Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Operations Manager to join our Commercial team at Deliveroo.

The primary role of this position is to support the commercial leadership team in developing processes and strategic commercial projects. As part of this role, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency of our go-to-market strategy and ways of working.

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director and working closely with the Head of Sales and Head of Restaurants, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Process Optimization: Identify process bottlenecks and areas for improvement within commercial operations and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Support the Restaurant team with ad-hoc analyses and develop an efficient reporting structure for commercial and marketing activities.
  • Commercial Tools and Features: Serve as the point of contact for implementing new commercial features/tools, collaborating with HQ and company partners. You will oversee the go-to-market strategy and provide detailed analysis on new tools and feature commercial adoption.
  • Special Projects: Participate in projects to support process optimization and strategic initiative implementation.

Main Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in an analytical environment.
  • Strong commercial skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Analytical, structured, and data-driven, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Highly organized.
  • A problem-solving lover, with a track record of generating and executing on innovative ideas and solutions.
