Job Summary

Oberalp Ag is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Facility Manager in the coordination of maintenance and renovation works. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in facility operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of our headquarters and stores in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination of structural renovation works and new store openings from a quality and safety perspective
  • Support in the procurement of furniture and the management to ensure that workplaces are prepared in time
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure seamless operations
  • Organize safety courses and training programs in close collaboration with the Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP)
  • Help manage and control maintenance work in all locations and coordinate with various craftsmen
  • Assist in resolving daily problems and provide support for facility-related issues

Requirements

  • University student or degree in economics or a related field
  • Experience in administrative and organizational activities is considered a plus
  • Fluent in Italian, German language skills are considered a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Flexible and customer-oriented

Work Environment
