About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Director to join our team at Alpitronic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that drives brand awareness, reputation, and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global communications strategy that aligns with our corporate targets and guidelines.
  • Manage and motivate our marketing communications team to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Oversee the selection and performance of subcontracted agencies to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Monitor and control our corporate identity at a global level to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing communications activities are aligned with our business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing communications role, preferably in a tech company.
  • Strong understanding of external communications, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Ability to think strategically and commercially, with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English, German, and Italian.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
