Guest Services Representative

At Hyatt Corporation, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. As a Guest Services Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our visitors receive courteous, professional, and adaptable service that aligns with our hotel standards, ultimately enhancing guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personalized service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

- Maintain awareness of hotel amenities, services, and promotions, and utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences.

- Balance cash reports and remittance envelopes at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

- Oversee room allocations for guests, ensuring special requests are met and followed up on appropriately.

- Foster strong relationships with long-stay and suite guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

Qualifications

- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests.

- A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations, demonstrating strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to maintain high standards of grooming and hygiene while building positive relationships with colleagues across departments.
