Guest Services Representative

At Hyatt Corporation, we are seeking a dedicated Guest Services Representative to enhance our guests' experiences. This role is essential in delivering courteous, professional, and adaptable service in line with our hotel’s standards to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional personalized service to all guests, addressing any complaints or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring follow-up when necessary.

- Maintain awareness of hotel activities and ensure smooth communication with the next shift regarding any pending matters.

- Be knowledgeable about all hotel services, facilities, and promotions, and utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences.

- Accurately balance cash reports and remittance envelopes at the end of each shift, performing necessary opening and closing procedures.

- Monitor room allocations for guests and address any special requests to ensure a comfortable stay.

- Foster strong relationships with long-stay and suite guests to enhance their overall experience.

General Expectations

- Uphold a high standard of personal grooming and hygiene at all times.

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to maintain a harmonious work environment.

- Provide full support to supervisors and assist with any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

- A commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests through personalized interactions.

- A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferred.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations is required.

- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
