As a member of our team, you'll be part of an exciting and demanding journey. We're looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and taking ownership of depot operations.

The Role

We're seeking a travel enthusiast with a passion for guest service to join our depot team in Marcon - Venice. As a key representative of our company, you'll report directly to the Branch Operations Supervisor and be responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and managing depot operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests, and managing check-ins and check-outs;
  • Preparing and cleaning our campervans;
  • Maintaining our campervans in top condition and monitoring maintenance and repairing needs;
  • Registering guests, monitoring stock, and processing payments;
  • Handling complaints and troubleshooting emergencies.

Requirements

  • You're a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
  • You're fluent in English and Italian (mandatory);
  • You're eligible to work in Italy, have a valid driver's license, and feel confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory);
  • You're available to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • You're a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon;
  • You're well-organized and good at solving problems.
