Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Campervan Service Coordinator to join our team in Marcon - Venice. As a Campervan Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our fleet of campervans. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors to meet company standards and client expectations;
  • Preparing and equipping vans for each booking;
  • Performing thorough inspections and maintaining accurate records of vehicle condition;
  • Moving and parking vans or picking clients from the airport;
  • Cleaning and maintaining all equipment, extras, and consumables stored at the depot;
  • Delivering and collecting cars from repairs and maintenance, or delivering vehicles to specific locations.

Requirements

To be successful as a Campervan Service Coordinator, you should have:

  • A valid driver's license and ability to drive a van (plus);
  • The physical ability to perform tasks such as walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods;
  • Previous experience preparing cars for a car dealer or rent-a-car (plus);
  • An eye for cleanliness and inspection;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Immediate availability.
