The Role

We're seeking a travel enthusiast with a passion for guest service to join our team in Venice - Marcon. As the face of our company, you'll report directly to the Italy Operations Area Manager, ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet and depot, and addressing any issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming reservations, organize vehicle check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate team activities.
  • Train, supervise, and coach your team.
  • Maintain the fleet, logistics, and ensure campervans are in top condition.
  • Control workforce planning, manage inventory, local suppliers, and cleaning services.
  • Handle complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in reselling campervans and preparing them for prospective buyers.
Requirements
  • You're a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car.
  • 1+ years of experience in a team management/lead/supervisory role.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
  • You're eligible to work in Italy, have a valid driver's license, and feel confident driving a campervan.
  • You're available to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • You're a responsible person who takes their work seriously.
