The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Campervan Support Specialist to join our team at Indie Campers in Marcon - Venice. As a key member of our depot operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and maintaining our fleet of campervans in pristine condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of campervans according to company standards and client requests;
  • Inspect and prepare campervans for each booking, including verifying equipment and extras;
  • Conduct thorough inspections and maintain accurate records of vehicle condition;
  • Move and park campervans, or transport clients from the airport;
  • Keep all equipment, extras, and consumables stored at the depot clean and well-maintained;
  • Deliver and collect campervans from repairs and maintenance, or transport vehicles to specific locations.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a van;
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods;
  • Previous experience preparing vehicles for a car dealer or rent-a-car;
  • Attention to detail and eye for cleanliness and inspection;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Immediate availability.
