At ERM, we have a robust network of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) specialists who collaborate globally to enhance our service offerings for clients through our internal technical community.
Working with us means being part of an innovative organization committed to sustainability, where EHS practices are integral to our operations. Our clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes and face significant challenges related to EHS and performance management. Our team collaborates with clients across various sectors, including energy, technology, and mining, providing a wide array of services such as EHS strategy development, EHS management system design and implementation, compliance management support, and audit program delivery, encompassing environmental and health and safety disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate training sessions and workshops focused on occupational safety and health protection for clients.
- Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate existing safety cultures and create customized solutions to foster robust safety cultures within client organizations.
- Identify potential hazards, perform risk assessments, and assist in developing preventive strategies to reduce accidents and environmental impacts.
- Provide guidance and support to clients in adhering to standards and legal regulations concerning occupational safety and health protection.
- Regularly review and update safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current best practices and legal standards.
- Travel frequently to engage with clients.
About You
- Completed studies or equivalent training with a focus on environmental protection, occupational safety, health, or sustainability.
- Demonstrated experience as a health and safety expert with comprehensive knowledge of legal regulations and industry standards in occupational safety and environmental protection.
- Proven track record in conducting training and workshops, as well as fostering safety cultures within organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify complex issues and devise effective solutions.
- A collaborative team player with a commitment to environmental protection and sustainable business practices.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Italian and English.
