Job Summary

The role of the Chef de Partie at Quercetta is to provide exceptional culinary leadership and support to the kitchen brigade during service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for running a section, ensuring seamless collaboration and teamwork, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including HACCP system rules and proper food handling procedures.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal usage.
  • Participate in menu planning, development, and implementation, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer preferences.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork among colleagues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and storage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
