About the Role

Prysmian Group is seeking a highly skilled Consolidated Financial Statement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial reporting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our consolidated financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and book monthly consolidation entries, ensuring timely and accurate completion of the regular consolidation process.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and yearly full consolidation, as well as internal and external financial reporting.
  • Support mid-year and year-end audits, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Implement and continuously improve a set of controls for consolidated figures, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Interact and guide affiliates during monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly closing, providing support with Group reporting.
  • Assist various departments with special requests, providing financial expertise and guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or master's degree in finance or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Big Four audit firm or a similar financial institution.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including IFRS.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
