Lavoropiù SpA, divisione Fashion, ricerca un professionista per azienda cliente del settore Fashion Luxury per supportare il reparto Supply Chain e Logistics.

La risorsa inserita supporterà il customer care dei marchi su temi operativi quotidiani, risoluzione di problemi, richieste dei clienti, gestione delle spedizioni e resi. Inoltre, coordinerà lanci di prodotti e iniziative speciali.

Responsabilità:
  1. Gestire le richieste giornaliere provenienti dal Customer Care relative al trasporto e stato degli ordini, richieste VIP, resi, questioni doganali e reclami;
  2. Monitorare l'evoluzione degli ordini, segnalando gli aggiornamenti di stato al customer care del marchio;
  3. Controllare e avvisare in modo proattivo il servizio clienti di eventuali problemi di trasporto e stoccaggio;
  4. Coordinare le operazioni di logistica di terze parti (3PL) e dei corrieri per garantire il livello di servizio target per i clienti finali;
  5. Aggiornare il Coordinatore sullo stato delle attività;
  6. Contribuire alla gestione delle spedizioni da e verso i clienti finali e gli hub locali;
  7. Supportare la risoluzione dei problemi di trasporto.
Requisiti:
  1. Esperienza di almeno 1 anno nel Customer Service, in un'attività di e-commerce o in un'azienda di trasporti;
  2. Familiarità con l'elaborazione del magazzino e i flussi di esportazione; conoscenza della documentazione e delle procedure di esportazione, come plus;
  3. Fluente conoscenza dell'inglese, sia scritto che parlato;
  4. Ottima conoscenza di Excel;
  5. Capacità di lavorare in team, problem solving; orientato al cliente e alla negoziazione;
  6. Orientato agli obiettivi con una spinta verso l'innovazione;
  7. Proattività e orientato ai dettagli.

Contratto: di somministrazione a tempo determinato di 6 mesi.

Orario: Full Time

Luogo di Lavoro: Novara (Trecate)
