We are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to support our Finance department. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process vendor invoices and employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with approval protocols and proper expense categorization.
  • Input invoices into the financial management system.
  • Analyze and process expense reports.
  • Conduct monthly and annual VAT reconciliations.
  • Generate and issue invoices to clients.
  • Assist in the collection of overdue accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and execute payment transactions.
  • Perform daily reconciliations of bank accounts.
  • Maintain the Fixed Assets ledger, including depreciation postings and tracking of asset acquisitions and disposals.
  • Execute additional accounting tasks as required.
  • Support the monthly and yearly closing processes.
  • Contribute to the budget preparation activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or a relevant accounting diploma.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English (minimum B1 level) and fully proficient in Italian.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
