Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives
- Lead and motivate the sales team to perform at their best
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners
- Identify new market opportunities and develop action plans to capture new customers and market segments
- Collaborate closely with marketing, Product Line Directors, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Implement best practices and provide sales training to maximize team performance
- At least 8-10 years of experience in Sales Management within an industrial multinational company operating in the food industry
- Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of English, with another language (Italian and Spanish) being a plus
- Results-oriented with a strong commercial approach and a true understanding of working with data to make excellent decisions
- Ability to travel frequently, with an estimated 60% of the role requiring extended periods of travel
