Your Opportunity

Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Team to design and execute effective financial controlling activities, processes, and tools. Provide critical financial insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making, while proposing and facilitating initiatives aimed at cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and risk mitigation across the supply chain value.

Your Mission

  • Act as a Business Partner
  • Contribute to the formulation of the Industrial strategy, budgeting, and planning by delivering insights on financial implications and cost impacts.
  • Oversee comprehensive Supply Chain P&L management from strategic planning through execution, maintaining regular communication with various stakeholders, and defining as well as monitoring action plans to achieve targets.
  • Ensure accurate consolidation and comprehension of Supply Chain Performance data, encompassing both financial and non-financial metrics, including industrial performance, labor efficiency, and material productivity.
  • Analyze product manufacturing costs and quality, benchmarking, and assessing the impacts of new product launches, alongside factory utilization and operational expenditure analysis.
  • Manage capital expenditures, including investment and divestment decisions.
  • Oversee inventory management and conduct cash flow analyses.
  • Provide high-quality financial expertise to support decision-making processes.
  • Foster financial acumen within the Supply Chain community, advising and challenging stakeholders to enhance their ownership of financial matters and optimize the overall efficiency of industrial operations.
  • Collaborate with central, regional, and portfolio teams, as well as other business organizations, to improve the reliability and availability of financial reporting and metrics related to equipment transformation.
  • Define and enhance the Supply Chain Profit and Loss framework, implementing a productivity tool with year-on-year analysis of changes to improve transparency and build trust with business stakeholders.
  • Simplify and bridge the gap between business performance and Group P&L.
  • Lead and drive the digital finance transformation within the supply chain site.
  • Participate in the One Finance Programme to accelerate the digitization journey, implementing RPA, business analytics, and business intelligence.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling.
  • Strong technical skills in controlling and solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) accounting principles.
  • Experience in report design using Qlik Sense Analytics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP FI/CO (Finance/Controlling) in an international industrial context.
  • Understanding of controlling processes and business planning principles.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with digital technologies (RPA, blockchain, business analytics) is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to navigate a matrix organization.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
