Your Opportunity

Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Team to design and execute effective financial control activities, processes, and tools. Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, while proposing initiatives aimed at cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and risk mitigation throughout the supply chain.

Your Mission

  • Act as a Business Partner in defining the industrial strategy, budgeting, and planning by offering insights into financial implications and cost impacts.
  • Manage the complete Supply Chain Profit & Loss (P&L) from strategic planning through execution, ensuring regular follow-ups with stakeholders and defining action plans to achieve targets.
  • Ensure comprehensive consolidation and interpretation of Supply Chain performance data, including financial and non-financial metrics, focusing on industrial performance, labor efficiency, and material productivity.
  • Analyze product manufacturing costs and quality, benchmark performance, and assess the impacts of new product launches and factory utilization.
  • Oversee Capital Expenditure (Capex) management, including investment and divestment strategies.
  • Manage inventory levels with a focus on cash flow analysis.
  • Provide high-quality financial expertise to support decision-making processes.
  • Foster financial acumen within the Supply Chain community, advising and challenging stakeholders to enhance their ownership of financial matters and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with central, regional, and portfolio business organizations to improve the reliability and availability of financial reporting and metrics.
  • Define and enhance the Supply Chain Profit and Loss framework, implementing productivity tools with year-on-year analysis to improve transparency and build trust with business stakeholders.
  • Simplify connections between business performance and Group P&L.
  • Lead the digital finance transformation initiatives within the supply chain site.
  • Participate in the One Finance Programme to accelerate digitization efforts, implementing RPA, BA, and BI solutions.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a controlling role.
  • Strong technical skills in controlling and a solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) accounting principles.
  • Experience in report design using Qlik Sense Analytics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP FI/CO (Finance/Controlling) within an international industrial context.
  • Knowledge of controlling processes and business planning principles.
  • Familiarity with digital technologies (RPA, blockchain, BA) is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix organization.
  • Strong results orientation.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
