Your Opportunity

Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Team to design and execute effective financial controlling activities, processes, and tools. Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, while also proposing initiatives aimed at cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and risk mitigation throughout the supply chain.

Your Mission

  • Act as a Business Partner
  • Contribute to the formulation of the Industrial strategy, budgeting, and planning by delivering insights on financial implications and cost impacts.
  • Oversee comprehensive Supply Chain Profit and Loss management from strategic planning through execution, ensuring regular follow-ups with various stakeholders and defining action plans to achieve targets.
  • Ensure accurate consolidation and comprehension of Supply Chain Performance data, including financial and non-financial metrics such as industrial performance, labor efficiency, and material productivity.
  • Analyze product manufacturing costs and quality, benchmark performance, and assess impacts of new product launches, including factory utilization and operational expenditure analysis.
  • Manage capital expenditures, focusing on investment and divestment strategies.
  • Oversee inventory management with an emphasis on cash flow analysis.
  • Provide high-quality financial expertise to support critical decision-making.
  • Foster financial acumen within the Supply Chain community, advising and challenging stakeholders to enhance their ownership of financial matters and maximize overall efficiency in industrial operations.
  • Collaborate with central, regional, and portfolio teams to improve the reliability and availability of financial reporting and metrics related to equipment transformation.
  • Define and enhance the Supply Chain Profit and Loss framework, implementing productivity tools with year-on-year analysis to improve transparency and build trust with business stakeholders.
  • Simplify and bridge the gap between business performance and Group Profit and Loss.
  • Lead and drive the digital finance transformation initiatives within the supply chain site.
  • Participate in the One Finance Programme to accelerate the digitization journey, implementing robotic process automation, business analytics, and business intelligence.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a controlling role.
  • Strong technical skills in controlling and a solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) accounting principles.
  • Experience in report design using Qlik Sense Analytics is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SAP FI/CO (Finance/Controlling) in an international industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of controlling processes and business planning principles.
  • Understanding and/or experience with digital technologies (RPA, blockchain, business analytics) is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
  • Ability to navigate a matrix organization effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
