We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Lead to join our team at Nestlé Sa, responsible for managing the procurement of transportation services for our Southern Europe region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive transportation procurement strategy to support the company's logistics needs.
  • Manage a team of procurement professionals to ensure effective execution of procurement activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation providers to negotiate favorable contracts and rates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in transportation procurement or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful procurement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
