**About the Role**

Ricerchiamo una figura di Category Manager che sarà responsabile degli acquisti e del merchandising operando direttamente presso l'HQ. L'azienda ha recentemente introdotto un nuovo format distributivo caratterizzato da forza della marca, ampio assortimento, eccellente servizio al cliente all'interno di un programma di evoluzione organizzativa a livello omnicanale (Retail – Ecommerce).

**Responsabilità**

  • Gestire l'analisi della marginalità e della redditività dell'attività
  • Ottimizzare il criterio assortimentale e dei lay out merceologici per tutta la rete
  • Valutare e sviluppare il proprio team di lavoro con un preciso percorso di crescita

**Requisiti**

  • Dinamica e proattiva
  • Esperienza in ruoli di category, buying, merchandising maturata in aziende retail - on line oriented
  • Gradita esperienza in contesti modernamente organizzati operanti nel settore beauty/farmacia
