We are currently seeking a Planner to support engineering initiatives in our operations.

As a Planner, your primary responsibility will be the strategic planning of one or more projects over the medium to long term. You will oversee the fabrication sequence developed by Manufacturing Engineers and organize activities to meet project deadlines, ensuring an efficient and cost-effective production process.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning for multiple projects: establishing and maintaining the Project Master Schedule based on fabrication sequences, assigning lead times to each task, and ensuring adherence to client milestones and delivery schedules.
  • Identifying and monitoring the Project Critical Path, collaborating with the Component Delivery Manager team to achieve project goals.
  • Managing and expediting project progress; recognizing and addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions or delays.
  • Generating Project Plan reports: preparing manufacturing schedules, workload assessments, and progress reports that highlight variances while suggesting recovery options. Identifying critical situations such as resource bottlenecks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards: adhering to company policies and procedures related to safety, quality, risk management, and security.

Who you are:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • You have 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is considered an advantage.
