We are currently seeking a PROJECT INSTALLATION MANAGER to oversee and coordinate all site operations in collaboration with project management, installation engineering, and design teams, as well as procurement and logistics. This role is essential for ensuring seamless integration and installation of the complete system.
JOB SCOPE: The successful candidate will hold end-to-end accountability for project execution, focusing on quality, cost, and delivery performance while adhering to signaling and safety policies, local regulations, and standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and organizing site activities, including site facilities, resource allocation, access, and tools.
- Developing and maintaining plans, procedures, and Work Method Statements for installation and testing & commissioning.
- Managing assigned work packages for site operations.
- Overseeing installation works for all sub-systems and system equipment, ensuring performance monitoring and leading actions on planning, risks, opportunities, best practices, and technical interfaces.
- Supervising subcontractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery through site visits and inspections.
- Coordinating with third-party providers, including civil work partners and facility providers.
- Collaborating with installation engineering and design teams to ensure comprehensive system integration.
- Managing procurement and logistics activities related to sub-systems and field installation equipment.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance installation performance and contribute to best practices within the product line.
- Ensuring compliance with EHS standards through effective planning, site inspections, and personnel assessments.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field execution within the railway sector.
- Strong understanding of interface processes between civil works and rail sub-systems.
- Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations, including local legal requirements.
- Experience in managing and evaluating subcontractors.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project directions and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
JOB LOCATION: Opportunities are available in various sites.
