About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist to join our Risk Advisory team in Milan. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid mode and be responsible for supporting the CEO and Top Management in improving profitability and achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret proactively the needs of clients, identifying methodologies and approaches that are coherent;
  • Develop initiatives and solutions in an entrepreneurial way, collecting and structuring data and performing analysis to support business decisions;
  • Value the contribution of junior resources and contribute to their growth;
  • Identify potential risks and criticalities and share them promptly with the rest of the team;
  • Collaborate effectively in heterogeneous and international teams.

Requirements:

  • University degree in economics, law, or engineering;
  • 2-3 years of experience, preferably in a consulting firm;
  • Participation in projects in the following areas:
    • Compliance with specific or local regulations (e.g. D.Lgs. 231/2001, D.Lgs. 81/2008, L. 190/2012, GDPR/Regolamento 2016/679, D.Lgs. 231/2007);
    • Anti-Corruption and Anti-Fraud programs (e.g. UK Bribery Act, FCPA);
    • Corporate Governance topics;
    • Internal Control Systems analysis, design, and monitoring;
    • Enterprise Risk Management, including the design, analysis, and review of systems.
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate junior resources;
  • Availability for travel and transfers in Italy and abroad;
  • Knowledge of the English language.
