About the Role

As a key member of the Real Estate department at Hipoges Iberia, the Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management and marketing of various types of real estate assets. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to analyze assets, manage relationships with clients and investors, and coordinate client requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the asset life cycle to maximize value and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage client relationships, providing regular updates on business plans and coordinating client requests.
  • Work with the advisory team to explore new market opportunities and support due diligence.
  • Plan and execute real estate activities for assets under management.
  • Collaborate with registration, repossession, property management, sales, and closing teams to prepare assets for market entry.
  • Ensure accurate asset registration and valuation in internal and external systems.
  • Prepare and conduct internal and external asset reviews.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating the delivery of necessary actions.
  • Report to clients on portfolio status and business plan progress, communicating relevant changes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate, preferably in development, construction, servicing, or banking entities, or managing clients such as investment funds, banks, or developers.
  • Degree in Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • English language proficiency (C1 level).
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Client-oriented with a focus on identifying and satisfying client needs.
  • Teamwork and organizational skills.
