Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Plant EHS Coordinator to join our team at Angelini Pharma. As a key member of our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- EHS Strategy and Program: Participate in the development and implementation of our EHS strategy and program, providing input and recommendations to ensure effective delivery of our EHS local system.
- EHS Management: Implement and manage our EHS system at a global level, measuring and optimizing EHS operations, deploying policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure alignment with relevant standards and regulations.
- Assessment and Reporting Management: Assess EHS risks and potential issues, elaborate reports and analysis, and monitor KPIs and performances to identify and address improvement actions aimed at reducing risk and gaps.
- Project Management: Lead assigned projects across the relevant area, monitoring execution and ensuring compliance with project plans and programs.
- Supplier Management: Participate in supplier management and qualification phases, providing recommendations and suggestions in accordance with applicable EHS standards and requirements.
- Relationship Management: Liaise with business functions, promoting EHS cultural transformation, facilitating information and internal communications flow to prevent and manage issues, and preserve safety and business continuity.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Environment, Engineering, or Chemical.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the role.
- Skills: Conversant with Safety, Health, and Environmental Regulations, RSPP Certification, knowledge of laws and international norms related to Environment Health & Safety, high interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to manage daily difficulties and timelines.
